Technicalities:		Our Hosts

We have a number of computer experts available to us and we host our web sites on a selection of platforms. Our Windows NT sites are based on Compaq Proliant Servers in Manchester and run IIS5 with dot.net Our Unix systems are based in London. Both sets of servers are connected to high speed reliable main internet connections with full back up. We write in PERL, C++ Java, JavaScript, Server Side VBasic, We use Microsoft Front Page Visual InterDev, Visual cafe and good old notebook and Dreamweaver. We also use a range of development environments and can provide flash animation as well as graphic design based on Photoshop. We use appropriate technology where it is necessary and we produce active server pages and ODBC connections for database applications and shopping carts. You don't need to know anything about this but we will be very pleased to don our anoraks and explain all about the technology.. Our new partners in Heathrow offer an amazing specification for web servers. We are now confident that we can host applications similar in size to Dell or Amazon!!!
