| In this mode a
customer can complete a form on the internet requesting that a member of
your company calls them to discuss sales. By getting the customer to click
on some selection boxes the form on the internet can generate a message to
the correct person in your organisation and if you get the person to say
when you should call them you can ensure that you provide excellent customer
service without disruptions of unscheduled incoming calls.
This system is also ideal for small companies where you have a web presence but are not always connected to the internet to deal with issues and respond to email requests immediately. If a customer wants information then this can be sent to your mobile when you are out of the office and you can, at your convenience call the customer back.
