| In this mode a desk
worker accesses a password connected page on the internet and can select a
single or group of recipients by name.
The message sent to the people can be either typed in directly or again selected from a lit of commonly used messages. The message will include whatever other things the users needs to send such as the time and the call back person or number if appropriate. Using a PC to send the message allows greater flexibility and control of the message.
As the message is saved in a the system anyone anywhere in the world with the right credentials can look on the internet and see what messages have been sent. the list can be filtered to suit the needs of the person looking. The message can also include a call back request so that the recipient is asked to simply send back a confirmation text that he has accepted the message. This is all done without human intervention as the message received will again be logged in database so that anyone can see the response.
